Return Procedure: Please call our store at (707) 726-0395 to discuss any return on any item for any reason. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before any item(s) can be returned. Generally, the following rules apply:
- Eel River Hydroponics offers a 30-day return policy on most items purchased through our website, with the following exceptions:
- Special order items may or may not be returnable. They are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items need to be unopened, and packaging in new condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Items that arrive damaged: If you suspect that items were damaged during shipping, please refuse the package. Damages that occur during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company, but we will be happy to help expedite the matter and get you replacement items ASAP. Please do not hesitate to report damaged items, as some shipping companies have strict time requirements that limit their liability.
- Defective Items: During the 30 day return period, any defective items will be handled by Eel River Hydroponics. After the 30 days return period, refer to the manufacturer's warranty. Eel River Hydroponics, at its discretion, may honor the manufacturer's warranty after the 30 days return period. However, you will be responsible to shipping and handling fees.
